Processing old Tier1 applications without Integra

Hi all
I had applied for Tier1 on 12/Nov/2008 @ Chennai VFS. till today i have not any response. this monday , i got a reply from BHC saying that my integra reports will be received in a weeks time. Again i sent a mail to them today and this time i got a reply saying that my application will be processed without Integra... here is the reply

Your application will be processed without the Integra report as Integra is no longer associated with the High Commission. We will keep you updated on the outcome of your visa application.

Will the applications(submitted in Sep, Oct & Nov and not processed yet)be processed again without integra?

hmm..First time BHC has declared that there is no integra, in the form of a mail reply.

Can u pls post the e-mail address for BHC Chennai .. I have few doubts to ask them ?
