Brazilian Girlfriend Visa Options?

Hello,

My Brazilian girlfriend is on a tourist visa currently and I understand next year the UK is implementing ETA (after a 6 months non enforcement it will become mandatory).
She was a fully qualified radiologoy nurse in Brazil but I believe in order to get that certified in the UK she would need to pass an IELTS first, apply for a student visa and then do a 2 year course of accreditation in order to be considered for a Skilled Worker Visa and get full time employment as a radiology nurse.

At the moment we do not live together but we are currently thinking about it.

I hold dual passports to German + UK nationality

What are the best options to help her get the relevant visa?

Do you mean the best option for your girlfriend to get a student visa or another category of visa

Your girlfriend is currently on a tourist visa and will leave the UK after six months? Not sure what the significance of the reference to ETA is? Most visas have to be applied for from outside the UK. Visit visas cannot be converted to other visas.

There is nothing like a boyfriend/girlfriend visa.

If you want her to apply for an unmarried partner visa, she needs to be either a durable partner (under the EUSS, if you qualify for that, for which more questions below) or in a relationship akin to marriage (under the UK immigration Rules). Both of them require the two of you to have lived together for two or more years, with shared finances, etc, before applying for that visa. Merely being boyfriend/girlfriend does not cut it.

How did you acquire British citizenship and German citizenship? Was it by birth/descent or was it by naturalisation? Did you ever hold either Permanent Residence in the UK under EU law (before Brexit) or Settled Status (after Brexit)?
