i got ilr in the fast track route 3 years and my son got extension, i heared that as he is under 18 , he can apply to ilr , no need to wait 5 yeard, is this true?

Does the other parent have a dependent visa?

The child can apply for ilr when the other parent does.

June next year, i will apply for citizenship and my spouse for ilr, so my child should be apply with whom as he will be still under 18, can he apply stright for citizenship ?

I got the ILR , my spouse and children got extension and they will apply for ILR in SEP 2024

1- is the ILR application for them will be separately for each member ?
2- 2 of my children will be over 18 (did they need any specific documents to prepare from now), such as proof that they still my dependents
3- I will apply for citizenship in July 2023, did this will impact thier application
4- do i need to submitt any business related documents for my family ILR application?
