Citizenship Application via EU Settlement Scheme - Documentation

Post by arkadsk » Sat Feb 17, 2024 6:35 pm

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of submitting my documents for my citizenship application and need some with what documents I need to submit.
I came to the UK on a Spouse Visa of an EEA citizen and got a BRC after I entered the UK. My passport was stamped when I first entered and for the next 3 years whenever I entered and exited the UK it wasn't stamped. I currently have ILR under the EU settlement Scheme
In 7 years of stay in the UK, my passport has only been stamped 3 times after entering the UK from a holiday trip. ( I have had more than 3 trips outside the UK)
My question is will I have to submit more proof apart from my passport to prove the 5 years residency in the UK? Or will my 3 entry stamps on my passport be enough?
I have over 7 years' worth of council tax bills in my name which I was going to use, would that be enough?
Thanks

That’s perfect! Council tax bills will be fine. No need for anymore residency documents.
