Get a faster decision on your application
If you’re applying using your Tier 1 (Investor visa), you can pay an extra £500 to use the priority service to get a decision within 5 working days.

If you’re applying using your Tier 1 (Investor) or Global Talent visa, you can pay an extra £1,000 to use the super priority service to get a decision:

by the end of the next working day after providing your fingerprints and photo (known as ‘biometric information’) if your appointment is on a weekday
2 working days after providing your biometric information if your appointment is at the weekend
Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.

The priority and super priority services are not available if you’re applying with a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa.

Also for proof of cohabitation does the bill have to be in joint name of me and my spouse or we can just provide her bank and credit card statements with uitliy and council tax bills

Proof of Cohabitation documents needed just for two years prior application right ?

The rules are clear that if you travel after applying, the application will be cancelled.

You don't need joint names for cohabitation proof.

SW route does NOT have any English language requirement at all

Im sorry I don’t understand, you mean just the rental agreement is sufficient for third piece of evidence of cohabitation

Further to my previous post, I mean the only document for 3rd proof of cohabitation with me and my wife name we have is rental agreement which is over 4 years old

Last but not least, do I have retake English test as the English test which i took used for initial application was expired and I have used same expired test at extension stage

At what level was this test? If B1 and still on accepted list and was used for extension, you can reuse it.

IELTS ukvi general , b2 level with 6.0 overall with more 5 on all bands and just in one section it was 5 also test was taken in 2018
