My wife received a evisa account creation email which we tried two things make me really confuse is a after putting all details ID check through app it shows what scanned date on BRP which is of course 31/12/2024 and actual information held on other side everything matches but dates does not because actual expiry is different on future date but it shows like red line under those dates like they are a error or incorrect can someone confirm it shows in that way or I got some kind of error.
On second page HO says is that your passport number which is hided only last three digits shows now but it does not match with her passport number it's matches with her BRP last three number's I am confused so rather I declared a information is correct I ended up deleting that application can someone put light on those two things please I would appreciate it.
