PBS Dependant Extension After main application got the British Citizenship

I came to the UK in 2016 with Tie 2 General and got the ILR in 2021 after staying continuously for 5 years and then got British Citizenship. My spouse joined in 2017 and applied for an extension in 2021.

but she has been outside the UK for more than 6 months in 2018 so she still can't meet the 5-year route yet so we need another extension to get the 5-year route.

Now I am trying to complete the Dependent Partner Extension Application under Skilled Worker and need to pay for the IHS fees but it is asking for the COS Start / End Date but I don't have the COS because of ILR (and I cut the ILR and sent it to the home office after getting Naturalization)

I can't enter my past COS dates. Not sure how we proceed further.

Put the dates 3 years in the future as that's how long extension is going to be (and pay fees for 3 years).

There is NO absence limit if this absence was on a visa issued BEFORE 11th January 2018. The dependent absence limit ONLY applies to dependent visas issued AFTER 11th January 2018.

Let me give the correct timeline for the absence.

She got the Tier 2 Dependent Visa in Sep 2017.

She has been outside the UK from July 2018 -> Mar 2019 (Due to Delivery)
She has been outside the UK from Mar 2020 - Oct 2020 (Due to Covid Restrictions)

We renewed the Tier 2 Dependent Visa in 2021 (applied by Jan 2021, and granted by Jun 2021 -> Jun 2024).

So can we apply for Dependent ILR now?

There is NO absence limit if the absence occurred during the whole time of a visa issued BEFORE 11th January 2018.

Only absence during June 2021 and June 2024 is relevant under the rules!!

She doesn't need an extension. She can apply for ILR. She could have applied for ILR in September 2022 already.

I applied for ILR SET(O) with Priority Service, and I got an email on the 5th day after biometrics.

A decision on your application has been delayed as a result of requesting additional evidence. The request is listed below.

The request:
Please can you provide a full list of your absences over the previous 5 years, along with copies of the entry/exit stamps from your current, and any previous, passport.

so I prepared the list of the last 5 years of absences and I mentioned that I was outside in Mar 2020 - Oct 2020 due to COVID-19.

Also, I noticed that missing entry stamp in Mar 2019, so I prepared a cover letter and attached the proof of the tickets.

Not sure why are they asking about this as I mentioned in the initial cover letter that we only added the absence list from Jan 2021 (as we don't need to include the absence for the previous visa which was issued in 2017)

CR001 is correct about the Continuous residence for dependants.

With regards to the absences during the Pandemic, if necessary, then get evidence of travel restrictions.
