Registering birth of newborn in High commission London

Post by dhonda » Mon Jul 08, 2024 1:50 pm

Hi,

We are in the process of applying for registration of birth of our baby with the HCI London and had a couple of queries:

1. Can the birth registration and passport application be done together? Someone had told me both can be done in the same appointment, but I cant find the link for this anywhere.
2. Is a hardcopy of the baby photo required to be pasted on the form? Or does the digital photo that appears on top of the submitted form suffice?

I will be travelling for about 2hrs one-way to go for the appointment and want to make sure I am prepared with the right documents/information. Please share your experiences with this.

Thanks
