Begin Employment Prior to CoS Start Date

Hello Experts!

Is it possible to commence my employment before the start date specified on my Certificate of Sponsorship? My skilled worker primary visa, applied from inside the UK, has been approved, and my right to work share code has been successfully validated by my new employer. My new employer is willing to get me started as soon as possible.

You should follow what is mentioned in Right to Work. You cant have a CoS for 20 years and claim that you work for 20 years.

Yes, it is possible.
S3.13. A worker can start working in their sponsored employment as soon as they have permission to enter or stay in the UK, even if this is before the start date recorded on their CoS. You do not have tell us if the worker’s start date has been brought forward after they have been granted permission.
