Urgent Help Needed!

I'm reaching out for assistance with a frustrating issue. Despite being the dependent of a 3-year visa holder, I've been told my visa is only valid for less than 6 months!

I've paid the 3-year IHS and haven't received a decision letter or BRP card. I've tried contacting the Home Office and BRP team, but nothing's been resolved.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
