FLR (M) - Declaring children

Post by confusedtwp » Mon Sep 02, 2024 11:23 pm

HI there. We are filling in the application for my wife's FLR(M) visa. I am British, she is from the USA, and we have 3 children (all with British passports).

There is a question - Do you have any children of 18 years old or under? which is obviously a YES, but the follow up question is: Are all of your children applying with you on this application? I instictively put a NO on here, reason being they are British citizens. But then I need to declare details about all of our children, including every country they have ever visited. Is this correct? It seems like this question would be suited in case we had children aged under 18 who needed a visa, but for some reason we are not applying for them? I'm confused!

If we do indeed need to list each country each of them has visited, would we list each country once, or do we add details for each visit?

Thank you!

Provide the requested details.
If visited the country more than once then input the different dates too.
