E-VISA QUERY

Post by em-em » Wed Sep 25, 2024 11:46 am

Dear Gurus and Moderators,

I've created an account in the UKVI website for my evisa. Then I had an email saying that I need to sign in which I did and it only shows "You have no recent application". On the video I've watched you have to scan your biometric and take a photo of yourself but I didn't see any of that when I signed up.Can you please help?.

Thank you! Xx

My ILR (long residency) was granted on April 2024

I didn't have any invitation from Home Office or any email from my solicitor to create an account on UKVI website.

Thank you xx

Try this link:

https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status

If still the same probkem, you have to go through the process of registering your BRP with the evisa account then that will work.

There are plenty of youtube videos of people doing this and they show you how its done, ive just doen this for my mum, she just received her BRP last week and next day we completed the BRP transfer to evisa, then we updated evisa with her latest passport , all happened with hours.

Just review the vidoes.

I've clicked the link and it says I didn't finished linking my evisa :( I've tried signing in again and still showing no recent application.Shall I update my document using my passport? Or it really has to be the BRP as they need to scan the chip?Thank you!
