Surrender Indian passportand OCI of Indian after British citizenship

My wife got British passport .
1. What the process of getting Indian OCI card

2. is the process correct, first get the surrender and later apply for OCI
3. is renounciation no more applicable now?
4. Please share the links for surrender Indian passport and OCI
5. Please advise me what documents are required for surrender and OCI
6. Is any fast track?
7. How long it takes for surrender certificate and how long for OCI

7. How long it takes for surrender certificate and how long for OCI - Surrender certificate 2 weeks, OCI 6 to 8 weeks

1. My wife not attending vfs office, iam going alone for surrender of my kids who are under 18. Would anyone share me the template of consent letter please?

2. For under 18, if you dont take them to vfs office, what signatures are mandatory
(all attested copies, + all pages in application printed form)
anything else which i missed please?
so that they dont send me back particular signature not there?

In OCI applicaiton online form, there are 3 sections
1.applicants Information
2. applicants passport details
3. applicants family details

question A : In 2nd section, which passport details to be given, is it india or UK?


question B : in applicants family details, there is a question' Relation with root indian', what to be fill here, i guess grand father, not sure what to fill

question C : Applicants address details, what to fill here, is it UK address or indian address?
becuase when i give uk post code its not accepting. it says invalid post code.

1. We have India travel plans. To expedite the surrender certificate, would you share any email IDs/senior officials etx in high commission so that I would request them mentioning the reason.
