Irish citizen bring Non-Eu parent

Hi Experts

What is possibility of brining Irish Citizen bringing their Non-Eu parent(Mother or Father) rather than tourist or visitor visa?
Plan is bring them for long term visa

The best way is to bring them as dependent parents however, this options is very, very difficult for an Irish Citizen in Ireland. This is because domestic law applies in your case and you have to prove beyond reasonable doubt their dependence on you.

Long term visa may be the way to go in your case.

They'll get Stamp 0 (doesn't count for citizenship), you need to earn money and they need to have insurance, as well as prove dependency.

Hi,

As you have seen all the advises above best you move to another EU country. It will be easier to bring your parents there via EU freemovement and dependants.
