Stage 1 and 2 together GTV

I applied for stage 1 and stage 2 of global talent visa together. Now my stage 1 is clear, I got endorsement letter and done with my biometric before the stage 1 clearance as well. My question is do I need to send email letter of stage 1 to home office/uk visa office or decision will be transferred to uk visa office automatically

No need to do anything but wait for a decision on the GTV.

Applicants relying on an endorsement may choose to submit their stage 2 application before the stage 1 application is concluded, for example, if the applicant is in the UK and their permission is due to expire, they will want to make sure they do not overstay in the UK. If this occurs, you must hold the stage 2 application until a decision is made on the stage 1 application.
