Passport Submission Deadline After Visa Refusal Overturned (PAP review)

Hi everyone,

I recently received an email from UKVI on 17th February 2025, stating that my UK visit visa refusal had been overturned and instructing me to submit my passport to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) where I originally gave my biometrics (Bangladesh).

However, UKVI has not provided any clear guidance on whether there is a specific deadline by which I must submit my passport. I have tried contacting them, but they could not give me a definite answer.

My Questions:

• Is there a deadline (e.g., 30 days, 60 days) to submit my passport after receiving the overturn decision?

• Has anyone been in a similar situation, and if so, how long did you have to submit your passport?

• I am currently in Canada and plan to return to Bangladesh on 25th March 2025. Can I submit my passport after that, or would that be too late?

Any insights, personal experiences, or official guidance would be highly appreciated!

So the reasonable thing to do is, email them back and explain that you're currently out of country. The time you'd be expected to come back and when it would be logically possible for you to resubmit.
