Graduate Visa Holder Child born in UK but applying from outside UK

Hello,

I am a PSW Graduate Visa holder currently living in the UK along with my wife(dependent). We recently had a baby born in the UK. We would like to visit our home country for Holidays. We applied for the child's Indian passport.

My First Question is if we can leave the UK for holidays and enter the UK along with our baby (without baby's visa)?

Second Question: And if the baby needs visa to enter in the UK, do we need to apply for baby's visa before we leave the UK or can we apply for child's visa from our home country?

Third Question: How much will be the IHS cost for child visa when we apply from outside the UK if My(main applicant's) graduate visa expires in 6 months or less?

If anyone had any similar experience, please let us know. Thanks in advance.

Your other post asks a different question as you stated you are switching visas to GTV?

You can't apply for a PSW dependent visa from outside the uk.

Your child also can't return to the uk, or even board a plane, if they don't have a valid visa.

Yes, you are right. I am planning to apply for GTV in the near future but currently I am on a PSW visa.

So my child cannot travel outside UK unless I have visa in place?

Ok, in that case I will apply for GTV for myself in UK. And for my wife and child, simultaneously I will apply GTV dependent visa from India. Would that work?

And will both of their applications be out of UK applications?

And will my wife's visa will be extension or switch?
