Monthly spouse expenses, amount sent, misc expenses, receipts etc ?!

Hi,

I'm the husband, and am preparing my wife's SOP, on her behalf as she is not fluent in English.

So should I state in the SOP that I, the husband, has written this SOP on my wife's behalf, or my husband is writing this SOP on my behalf as I cannot communicate in English properly ?

Or anything of this sort, can someone clarify this.

Why do you need to write this for her? Is she coming to Ireland to visit? And so on.

Yes, I need to bring her to Ireland, this is not for Visit, its Join-Family, Spouse..

SOP is Statement of Purpose, its called Letter of Application as per Irish Immigration..

Hi,

Can some one advise if the MRC (Marriage Registration Certificate) need to be Attested or Apostilled, and what is the fees for it, as both are mentioned on Irish Immigration, and both are offered by MOFA, but Attestation of MRC is specified on MOFA's website.

I'm getting confused as to which one to apply for.

Hi,
From what I know, any birth/marriage certificates from other countries have to be attested and apostilled by that country to be recognised as valid in other countries eg Ireland.
There are specialized companies in most countries to whom you pay a fee and they'll get the original document attested by a notary and then get it apostilled by that government. Or you could get it done yourself by getting your certificate attested by any notary and then sending it to the foreign office in your country to get it apostilled. After these two steps, your locally issued birth/marriage certificate will be recognized by other countries.

Can anyone advise what might be the purpose of knowing if the applicant has any relatives in Ireland, UK for a Spouse visa application.

What does the Visa Officer determine by this, if any one knows.

My wife has a distant relative (wife's mother's sister's son's daughter, who is a Doctor) in Ireland, should I mention this ?

Hi All,

I'm preparing for my spouse visa application, and wanted some clarification.

1) I'm from Pakistan and send about PKR 15,000 monthly back to my spouse (~€55) via Western Union. This covers her for the month, is it too less ?!. If someone can share how much they send back home for their spouse that would be great (I know its different for evey person, I just want to have an idea).

2) How to know how to present the below as asked by immigration.

Because she lives in a joint-family but separate room, washroom, shared cooking area. The house is on my father's name so there is no rent to pay. Utility bill is for the whole house as its a single meter. My brother and his family, and both parents also stays in the same house (Ground Floor), and wife stays on the Upper floor.

Groceries are for the whole house, plus there are no receipts as its from cart sellers, or the market which has no digital receipts.

Any suggestions, advise would be helpful.

The link sometimes works, other times doesn't, when it worked I checked and it shows the same information for any CNIC checked. I'm understanding this might require registering with Tax Authorities in Pakistan, would know if this is the case, if yes, any idea what all documents are required, or any other document you know of that can show no income.

To register all you need is CNIC number, Pakistani phone number and email.
Click on new registration and fill in the form. It is an online and simple process. No need to send any documents.
