Citizenship application after EUTR3

Hello,

Sorry to bother you.

My wife got a 10 year IRP card a few months ago after applying with EUTR3.

She now wants to apply for citizenship.

I am a British citizen.

Just thinking ahead, but will we need any certified copies of passports?
If so will a bank manager be able to provide this?
