Naturalisation documents upload clarification

Hello,

My kids and I got British citizenship in April 2024. Now my wife has decided to apply for UK naturalisation. We all got ILR in Jan 2021. The following checklists are requested, and we have identified the corresponding documents (Highlighted).

Colour copies of all pages of the passport or travel document - Current passport
Proof of living in the UK for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years – Employer letter, P60, payslip
The official transcript or letter to prove the level of English language required – University degree from India
Two referee declarations – Refree declarations
Ecctis letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or researched – Naric certificate
One proof of British citizenship for Mr Udayakumar Gopal (such as a passport or UK citizenship certificate) – Husbands naturalisation certificate


She is uploading documents in TLScontact, the following categories are given.
Proof of application
Education/qualification
Life event/official document
Sponsor/Employer
Medical information
Evidence of residence in the UK/Proof of activity in the UK
Finances
Others


My questions is how I can categorise my uploaded documents (mentioned above). Whether she needs to provide 3 years UK residence as I became British citizen or for 5 years. Her employer letter covering only 4 years, we are planning to use P60 and payslip. What else we can provide to prove her residence?

Proof of living in the UK is a scanned copy of the passport pages covering the qualifying period (3 or 5 years).

Employer letters, P60s and payslips are not required for naturalisation! This application requires only a few documents.

The list of categories on the portal is general, it doesn't mean a document must be provided for each of them. The supporting documents can be uploaded in the most appropriate category or as "Others".
