I came to UK in May 2016 on a short term ICT visa. I went back to India in April 2017 before expiry of my visa and then came back again in May 2017 on long term ICT visa. I was in India for 6 weeks during April 2016 to May 2016.
Thereafter since May 2017, my UK visa was extended as long term ICT and later Global Mobility visa. In 2024, my visa was filed as Skilled worker for two years. I am on the same visa still which expires in Aug’26.
My question is:
Is my short term visa counted for ILR duration of 10 years?
