If no consent form is specified then it's not required. This may be different from visa and ILR applications (naturalisation is not immigration). Also, when you hit the submit button you authorise UKVI to make all necessary inquiries needed. Not sure what the exact wording is. No issue.
Are you looking at the document categories which includes "Proof of application" ? The fact you have submitted and paid online is enough evidence. The document categories are mainly for visa applications, for naturalisation just load everything into the "Other" category. Caseworkers know what they are looking for/at.
In general, if there's really something that is missing they will contact you. The application needs only a minimum of documents.
