Can we use UKANRIC certificate issued in Red route in SEP-2020 to apply for ILR in APR-2026?

Hi,

I hope someone can help me here as early as possible, since I already have submitted my ILR application and booked biometrics for 20-APR-2026.

I switched from Tier-2 ICT visa (I was primary) to Skilled Worker Dependent Partner, My SKW Dependent Partner visa was approved on 17-MAY-2021. My wife's ILR (under Skilled Worker, 5 Year route) was approved on 20-FEB-2026. I submitted ILR application for myself and two children and booked biometrics appointment for 20-APR-2026.

I obtained UKNARIC certificate issued on 30-SEP-2020, issued under "visas and nationality" service i.e. Red route, Has "Unique UK NARIC Reference Number" ('V' followed by 10 digit number) printed on certificate. Evaluation was done for "Academic Qualification Level Statement" and "English Language Proficiency Statement", Results are,

UK qualification level: Bachelor (Honours) degree
English language level: CEFR level C1

As UKNARIC certificate doesn't expire and I obtained under Red route, I plan to use my UKNARIC certificate issued in SEP-2020. But, I see "Ecctis letter" in Documents check list of my ILR application submitted. I know that, UKNARIC got transformed to "ECCTIS" w.e.f. 01-MAr-2021.

I am looking for suggestion/confirmation that,

Can I use my UKNARIC certificate issued under Red route (visas and nationality service) in SEP-2020 for my ILR in APR-2026 to prove my English proficiency?

If not, Do I need to apply for Ecctis certificate?

Old evidence from NARIC can be used if Home Office have previously accepted a degree qualification as meeting the requirements for an earlier application, and leave was granted:

Evidence from NARIC
An applicant must provide an AQUALS or a statement of comparability from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC) confirming the qualification is equivalent to a UK qualification.

Where the qualification was obtained in a non-majority English-speaking country, an ELPS or an English language assessment (ELA) is also required. However, you do not need to see additional confirmation from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC) where the:

•Home Office have previously accepted a degree qualification as meeting the requirements for an earlier application, and leave was granted
•degree was awarded by a UK university

If the qualification has not previously been used for an immigration application, or the previous application was refused, the applicant must obtain confirmation from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC) that it meets the relevant criteria.

As I haven't used my UKNARIC certificate earlier, I need to submit now for my ILR application, and see "Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC)". As "formerly UK NARIC" is mentioned, I understand and believe that, I can proceed with my UKNARIC certificate obtained in SEP-2020 under Red route ("visas and nationality" service), which has "Unique UK NARIC Reference Number" same as certificates issued by Ecctis, for verifications by Home Office.

Request to suggest on my understanding to use UK NARIC Certificate issued in SEP-2020 (Red route) to use for ILR application in APR-2026, which was not used in any of earlier UKVI applications.
