Partner Visa Extension - Overstaryer

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some urgent advice regarding my family’s immigration situation.

The main applicant (father) is in the UK on an ECAA Turkish Businessperson visa. His dependants include his partner (first leave obtained in 2023) and children.

The issue is that the partner’s visa expired on 15 January 2026, and we’ve only just realised she has now overstayed by about 3 months.

The children’s visas are still valid with the father’s leave. There are 4 children in total – 3 are under 18 and in school, and one is 19 and currently in college.

I’d really appreciate any guidance on:

• * What options there are to regularise the partner’s status from inside the UK
  * What the best next steps are in this situation

If anyone has been through something similar or has knowledge of this route, your advice would be very helpful.
