ILR eligibility under Appendix FM (SET(M)) qualifying period

Hi everyone,

It's my first time here on the forum, please be gentle, I have a question about ILR eligibility under Appendix FM (SET(M)).

When calculating the qualifying period, should I count from the date my first visa was issued (the vignette/sticker), or from the date I physically entered the UK?

I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has gone through this or has experience could clarify.
