Self-employed non-EU citizen - documents to enclose

Post by Zbdpkn » Sun Mar 29, 2026 7:29 pm

Hello, I have been self-employed all my time in the UK, want to apply for citizenship. On ILR, 5 year route. The application AN says: "Evidence of tax for self-employed applicants only:
The most recent HM Revenue & Customs Self Assessment Statement of Account".

Is this all I need to attach as self-employed? I am non-EU, passport has the entry and departure stamps.
(Question arose because Google AI search says the entire lot of tax documents for all five years is required.)
Many thanks in advance!

You need to submit each year of self assessment.
