Query on Indian e-Tourist Visa (1 year)

Formerly an Indian citizen, I just naturalised as a British citizen earlier this month (05 June 2026).

Following this, I have applied for a Surrender Certificate i.e., renouncing my Indian citizenship.

However, due to circumstances, I need to travel to India soon and so, I'm looking to apply for an Indian e-Tourist visa, which is for 1 year and has multiple entries.

When I'm filling out the application form, I'm confused by the following questions as there appears no way around them - see attached image.

Yes, I obviously have been to India before, but that was on my Indian passport. I didn't have to apply for a visa, for obvious reasons.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what to put in there? Or if there's a workaround for this?

Any help/advise would be gratefully received.
