COS End date and UAN number Skilled worker dependant Visa

Hi, I am asking on behalf of my partner who is due for extension of her Dependant Skilled worker Visa. I have two questions:
1: Last time when she applied for her visa, my COS was valid, however since then i have obtained my ILR and obviously my COS work end date is in the past and the application wouldn't accept it. What dates shall i enter in the column of "work end date as mentioned on COS"
2: Regarding entering partners UAN number, last time i entered my ILR UAN number. This time shall i enter the same or of my latest Naturalisation application ?

1. Put a date 3 years in the future.
