Applying ILR on super priority

Hi

I would like to apply ILR on super priority for myself, my wife and my daughter as we have completed 10 years. I understand that slots are limited at open at 1 am UK time. Is that correct? What is the best way to secure the slots as i need to do it as a family and doing one after another will loose the slot for my family? Please guide.
