Dear Expert, hope you are doing well !
I need accurate advice on my below question:
Problem and my doubt on Medical exemption for ILR: My son is 19 years old and having profound deafness and gone through cochlear implant when he was 4 years of old but after that and till now he could not pass the GCSE english. I am planning to apply his ILR in dec26 so I want to be sure to avoid ILR rejection so queries are :
My son can not pass B1 english test and Life in the UK test so question is :
1. ILR application submission using solicitor who can gather all documents and information from me is the best option to avoid the rejection ?
2. To Save Money can I apply his ILR having the documents a) KOLL signed from MGCP b) EHCP letter from SEN c) School letter recommendation why could not pass the GCSE english due to speech and learning barrier.
Please advise which option I should follow.
Best Regards
