Switching from skilled worker visa to GTV

Hi all,
I hold a skilled worker visa with expiry date on 28 July 2026. I submitted my GTV-stage 1 application to RAoE on 5th May, but no decision till now. My family are dependants on my skilled worker visa with the same expiry date. Should I submit my GTV-stage 2 now? What about the dependants? Should I apply for them at the same time when I submit my stage-2 application?
