We now have checked my wife's Gross salary from the Employer letter, it is 24784.50 which is about 15 pounds 50 pence from the required criteria which is 24800 (with 2 children)

She actually gets about 50 pounds quite frequently in her weekly pay, how can I include this amount which is NOT mentioned in her employer letter (as it only shows the Gross pay).

Is it allowed to show the bonus amount in additional to the gross pay and will it be accepted?

Yes, bonus will be accepted:

overtime, payments to cover travel time, commission-based pay and
bonuses (which can include tips and gratuities paid via a tronc scheme
registered with HMRC) will be counted as income, where they have been
received in the relevant period or periods of employment or self-employment
relied upon in the application

You can provide evidence like payslips and bank statements showing such payment in addition to the basic pay

As I am applying for my wife and kids together in a single application the fee is high 12678 (Super priority) and it is asking for the single card details.

Is there any way where I can do the payment with 2 cards?

Hi Moderators,

My wife has applied for the ILR along with my kids in the Partner route Set(M) in Super priority route yesterday

I got an email asking for children evidence of residence at the same address in the past year.

The evidences I now have:
GP letters for both children stating the Names, current address (which shows: Start date: Nov 2023)
School letters for my 1st kid.

But for the 2nd kid: I only have the GP letter and an email from NHS stating 'as per our conversation today here is the immunisation details she received at school in Oct 2025'. This have all the details but this is an email.

Will this be ok as they have asked for at least 2 documents for each child.

I am also providing supporting documents like past round trip ticket details and Travel insurance details in which all of our family names including kids DOB are visible, however the letter is addressed to me (as I am the primary policy holder)

Should I submit these evidences, will this be enough.

Will the application be treated as Super priority now or will it be treated as standard route?
