Applying for wife visa extension, what shall we choose for Question 3 . 'If you were required to leave the UK, what country would you go to?' Shall I choose Yes or No, if Yes then what would be the factors ?

Someone URGENT help would really be appreciated.

This is not a yes or a no question. This asks you to name the country that you can legally go to if your visa is denied.

I would suggest listing all the countries that your spouse/applicant has a passport/citizenship of, and/or where they can legally be resident in.

If they are an EEA citizen for instance, that can be any EEA country.

Along with my previous question, I would appreciate your guidance on the following.

We have lived together at two different addresses during the last two years, spending approximately one year at each property. For each address, we have two documents in joint names and one bank statement each in our individual names.

Could you please advise how many documents we should provide for each address and in total? In addition, how should the documents be distributed across the two-year period to ensure they are spread evenly and meet the required criteria?
