Does ICT Short Term time count towards 10-year Long Residence ILR?

Looking for advice on this:

I first came to the UK on an ICT Short Term visa and stayed for about a year, then returned to my home country. After a gap of roughly 2 months, I came back to the UK on an ICT Long Term visa and completed 5 years on that. I'm currently on a Skilled Worker visa (4 years completed so far). Adding it all up, I've now completed 10 years in the UK overall.

My question: does the 1 year I spent on the ICT Short Term visa count towards the 10-year Long Residence route for ILR?

Looking for advice on this:

I'm the main applicant and I'm now eligible for ILR via the 10-year Long Residence route. My own visa history is: 1 year on ICT Short Term, 5 years on ICT Long Term, and 4 years on Skilled Worker.

My dependents have been with me in the UK since 2020, on the following basis: 2 years as ICT dependents, followed by 4 years as Skilled Worker dependents.

A few questions:

1. When would my dependents become eligible for ILR — do they need to match my 10-year Long Residence route, or can they qualify independently once they complete 5 years as a Skilled Worker dependent?
2. What would be the ideal time for me (the main applicant) to apply — should I go ahead and apply for ILR via the 10-year route now, or wait until I complete 5 years on the Skilled Worker route so I can apply together with my dependents?

Time spent under ICT visa counts.

1. Your dependants will have to qualify independently. They can apply using form SET(O) as skilled worker dependants when they qualify for ILR

2. If you qualify now, you apply now. You do not need to wait
