ILR - first entry date in uk

Hi I have entered uk in ict short term visa on 2017 and then exited in 2018 April.

After that in a gap of 5 months I travelled back again to uk with ict long term visa .

Then 2021 I got skilled worked

While filing the ILR - what should be my first entry of Uk - ict short term visa in 2017 or ict long term visa date 2018.

Can someone please help me.

You can use any of those dates, that doesn't matter. UKVI will decide based on your qualifying period.
