Rejection, I am almost Dead. Please Read

HO refused my PSW due to not having the sufficient maintenance funds for period of three months.

Infact I had the funds for period of three months but because I wanted to go home early due to continuously sutdying for 2 and half years I was missing home which is why i submitted my PSW early.

I am reading the posts on this fourm and It indicates that there is no way my appeal will be accepted as HO is trying to find ways to send people home.

I dont have long term plans to stay in this country anyways but because i am gaining experience from my professional job I dont want to loose for atleast 1 more year.

After reading posts on this forum I am extremely disappointed, I cant wait for my hearing , I know they will say balance is low before you submit your application and all that.

Its not that I want to stay here for long but I did not wanted to end like this.

• apply again if you have enough fund for 3 months i mean constant 800 pounds. even without any singel mistake.
  
  do it before 31 march. i think appeal will not work out for you.

if ur current visa didnt expire then there is nothing to be worried, reapply
if it's going to expire then try to cancel ur application and reapply [but consult with a lawyer b4 doing that]

if it expired already then u have to get a good lawyer my friend, just dont worry too much, leave everything to the lawyer, thats what im doing
bcaz what is going to happen will happen ,if u worry too much, it wont help u a bit
