Fresh application after appeal

Hi

I just want to know can we do fresh application in UK even after you loose appeal in tribunal .

Or you have to leave country and do from your home country

please senior reply

If your LTR has expired you have to go to the Home country for a fresh application..

But if you still have the Visa you can apply in country.
