Folks,
I am new to this forum and here for some expert advise..
We recently submitted my wife's dependant visa application from delhi BHC but it was rejected on 2 grounds:
Did not manage the £533 in account & e statement for last month was not signed/stamped.
So instead of appealing against this as we do have funds in my savings and the last statement was not given as I was not in India to collect it we decided to re apply again.
Now the advise I need from the experts is on this:
I am providing bank statement from my Savings Account from NOvember 14th till 20th April as on 20th April I transfered all my funds into my current account. So I have attached a statement of my current account from the 20th April to 14th May that reflects the entry of transfer between the 2 accounts and that the funds were then maintained in my current account.
So my question is, is it okay to give 2 diff account statements to make up the 6 months? I have highlighted the transactions in the 2 statments that relate to the money transfer so that should be obvious to the ECO. Both accounts are owned by me..
Also, the Barclays branch printed out the statments on company letter head and stmped it with the branch seal, is this enough for the ECO?
I look forward to your expert opinion..
