If Current college suspended

Some of my friends are facing this problem.
They have been studying in the UK with Tier 4 Student Visa . Their College is terminated from 18th August 2009, still the college is operation and they said that if they suspended will let them know.
Those students need to continue their course with some other college or colleges.
Please advise them how to Change course or education provider.
Your valuable inputs really appreciate ,
