Oops I just sent my forms yesterday and I have used the old dependant form:( for my wife's application, though my application is the new one.

Anyone who has got away with using the old forms:(?

Is this the form to be used for new Tier 1 dependent application? or only for dependent extension application?

Form name says -
"Application for an extension of stay as a dependant of a person who has leave to remain under the points based system."

Thanks

there is no information about this change on their website and i send my second applic with dependant together day before yesterday.
don't worry: paragraph 34I of the immigration rules states that you can use the old forms for 21 days after the new version forms come into being.
so don't worry.
