Post by drm » Mon Oct 12, 2009 2:00 pm

Hi,
According to new rules from Oct 2009,what about the status of doctors applying for HSMP dependent extension after oct 2009 about employment as doctor in training if they got initial extension with no restriction and not employed in a training post during that leave

Hi all,

I have just got Tier 1 visa for 3 years now. But In my visa, its written that " No Doctor Training Available". What does that mean?

If some one want to come on dependent visa and start his/her career in doctor, nurse or healthcare then is he/she have right to work and sutdy on this visa or they have to take saperate visa for this?

Thanks,

Vivek
