What time HO takes for Tier 1 , applied within UK?

First of all , thanks to everyone who have helped me till now and will continue helping later.

I have applied for Tier 1 and got the confirmation from Home office for their receiving my form.

Will the Tier 1 applied within UK get processed quickly? Is there a diffrent queue for Tier 1 applying within UK and outside UK?

In what time I can expect Home office decision as I have applied within UK.
