Do Work Permit holders qualify for ILR in 4 years?

Hi All, Sorry i have been away for a while and apologies if this question has been addressed here in the past...

I got a Work Permit in 2005. The last time I visited here there were talks about challenging the HO requesting ILR for WP holders in four years same as the HSMP JR case...

can someone please let me know if there was a succesfull outcome in this?

Again sorry if this is a repititive question...

Till now NO, you need to complete 5 years for ILR.
