ILR on 10 years and same day application- delayed?

ILR on 10 years and same day application- delayed?

Hi all,
I applied for the same day application through a solicitor for ILR based on 10 years. However, home office didn't see one of my visa and said my application will be rejected. The legal rep submitted my application and the solicitor sent a fax to the home office saying that they have not seen one of my visa. Home office acknowledged my application is valid but has retained retained all my documents. I was wondering how long does it take to process application in this kind of situation.
