Application Date consideration for Maintainence funds

Hi,
I have applied online for the tier1 visa on Sept 26 2009. I have printed out the filled in application too.

I have got appointment online at the UK Embassy to hand over the documents tomorrow ie 22nd Oct

Online application date is Sept 26th 2009
Appointment date Oct 22nd 2009

Rgarding maintainence funds which date is calculated to show the proof that amount has been minimum maintained prior to not more than 1 month of application date ?

Please let me know. I have to mention that date in the cover letter showing proof.

I am not sure about which date they will consider but in your cover letter you may write that i've provided the xyz bank statements from xxx to xxxx that shows that i have access to £800 for the last three months.

yes. I did just that. My appointment date is tomorrow (ie 22nd oct)
I presented bank statements till Oct 1st

so i had written july 1st - Oct 1st (3 months) . But this date is according to my tomorrows appointment
