Regarding payslips

Post by Duvvuri » Fri Oct 23, 2009 10:24 am

Hi,

I have payslips from my co. which are generated online, but not on company letter head. From last nov 08 my co. stopped generating paper payslips.

So is it enuf if i take the print outs of them and signature by HR and also attestation.

Will there be any problem.

Please let me know.

Signed and Stamp on online/electronic payslip is sufficient. It should be corroborated by bank statements.

Not just the Net salary. The letter should show the Gross salary also. That is more important than the Net Salary.

You net should match with your bank statements. For employer letter, better mention both Net and Gross in it.
