Masters Recoginition (Bachelor of engineering + post graduat

Hi,
One of my friend is interested in applying for UK tier 1 migrant visa.

He has completed Bachelor of engineering in Civl as well he has done his Post gradudate diploma in Advanced construction management in NICMAR (National Institute of construction management and research)

He is not sure if his education is equivalent to Masters. Does any one have the same kind of education . If there is a chance that he might be qualified he is ready to go ahead with UK NARIC validation.

Please let me know.

Check in PBS calculator. If qualification is listed on PBS calculator, your friend will qualify to apply assuming he meet other creterias.

I have seen that in PBS calculator, his education (ie bachelors is listed) but his post graduate diploma and his institute were not found.

Should he apply to UK NARIC to confirm the combination of his Engineering which was listed + PG diploma which was not listed

You can get his qualification verified by NARIC. For tier-1 your friend need to have Master's Degree and many(or most) PG Diplomas are not considered as Master's Degree.
