Questions before applying Tier 1 G

Questions before applying Tier 1 G

Dear Members

I am looking forward to apply for tier 1 G, i have couple of questions if you all please guide me. My earning period will be Nov 2008 to Oct 2009.

1. I finished my MBA from british university in Sep 2008, and my PSW was issued on Jan 2009, I have been working on a full time job in this period. Can i show these months earning towards Tier 1 G or i shuould start my earning when actually i was issued PSW.

2. Since last 3 months from Aug 2009 i have been working on two jobs, and my sencond employer use to pay me through cheque. one time it happened that my employer had to go abroad for emergency so i could not get my wages chaque. I got it delayed after one month. So in sep 2009 month i did not have cheque deposited into my account but in oct 2009 i have got two cheques. Will that be a problem? Please advise on this and guide me please.

3. during this 12 months nov 2008 to oct 2009, i was self employed as well for 3 months, do i need to present the invoices to ho as well or, cheque photo copies and personal bank statements will be sufficient.

4. if i apply for tier 1 g in nov 2009, i suppose they will issue me 3 years visa initially, but my possport going to expired in mar 2011. guide please,

5. my both employer has been issuing me pay slips through post. so i have origional pay slips, do i still need to get them stamped and verified from employers,

6. i am missing 2 months bank statements, probably lost, how can i get it from nationwide please,

7. regarding my mba degree, is the degree sufficient or a letter from uni will also be required.

It is ok, but u need to see how many hours u worked during ur study as there is a limitation on this..

No Problem, just mention in ur cover letter so that caseworker understand this...

Anybody can deposit cheques but how will HO will know it is earned from ur work.. so a proper invoice equavalent to payslip is required as one set of proof/source other set is bankstatement

Originals dont require stamps - please read GUIDANCE

Either request them to send it again or print it online and get them stamped/signed on each page and if they are the last 3months which coincide with maintenance i think u need a letter too??? am not sure..??

Check ur qualification PBS Calculator and if it gives points for education.. you are good to go mate..

OTHER IMP thing;

please make sure all ur NET earnings in Payslips and invoices are exactly matching the NET deposited in ur bank..
