Urgent Inquiry: Used wrong form in HSMP-Tier1 extension

Sorry for this urgent inquiry, but I really appreciate your advice and kind help:

I have sent sent out HSMP-Tier1 extension application on Friday, however, today I have found I used April 09 version instead of the Oct 09 version which is the newest!

I plan to complete the new one and post it on Monday by sepeical delivery, but could you please give me some advice regarding -

how this would affect my application?
how I should contact home office regarding sending new application documents?

MAIL with covering letter and u should be fine , many do this kind of mistake and so long u meet testing criteria u will be fine
