Some concerns for HSMP visa

HI , i Have obtained a comparison of educational degree from Naric and have already put in my application hope that will help ( any suggestions / instances of EO turning down the NARIC report will be appreciated). In the meanwhile before they send me the final visa i have gotten married . now i want to understand from you all as to how should i proceed. My spouse wishes to accompany me to UK and we agree to go ahead and apply for him as a dependent. Would it be a time consuming process? how long would it take for him to get the visa as we plan to move together post our visa

UKBA HOuses NARIC database for educational equivalents.. so certification from them is not rejected ;

Dependent visa processing time varies from country to country.. pls provide the info to suggest;
